Ethan Dotson caught up in massive pileup at Deer Creek Speedway during Gopher 50

Finishing up the tour's stretch out North, Ethan Dotson and the ASD Motorsports team rolled up to Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minn.) for the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series-sanctioned Gopher State 50.

Winning a last chance showdown, Dotson made up six positions in the first preliminary feature to land just outside the Top-10 in 11th. The following night, Ethan started from the fifth-row in the feature event and was unfortunately caught up in the evening's pileup during the feature. He finished 23rd.

Saturday's $50,000-to-win finale was rained out and will not be made up.

Dotson is currently eighth in the World of Outlaw point standings.
