Sixth-place finish in Bad Boy 98 with Comp Cams Super Dirt Series at Batesville
Continuing his championship chase with the series, Kyle Beard followed the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series to Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Ark.) on Friday for the first night of the Bad Boy 98.
With a strong 41-car field on hand, Beard made up two spots in his heat race to finish runner-up which placed him on the fourth-row for the 30-lap feature where he would finish one spot out of the Top-5 in sixth.
Grabbing the final transfer spot in his heat race for Saturday's $12,000-to-win main event, Kyle picked two spots in the lengthy 68-lap feature to finish just outside the Top-10 in 11th.
Beard is currently third in the CCSDS point standings.
