Harlow Hovey, 6, is entering his second season as a red rookie. He also races RC cars at Full Throttle Hobby and Raceway, as well as plays the violin. His favorite racer of all time is Lightning McQueen. He loves to play video games, especially Minecraft and anything involving Mario Bros.
