Weekly Racing Results - August 26, 2016
Much like this racing year this week as flown by. Racing will soon be coming to an end with only 1 week left at Eagle Raceway for regular points and then we will be racing the following Saturday night back out at eagle for the Sprint Nationals. This past week was a test of our resilience. We had a qualifying run out of the heat but unfortunately were penalized 2 spots and had to run the B feature. Came out of the B with a 3rd place finish which was good enough to give us a spot in the A feature. We started 19th and were able to move up 7 spots and finish 12th. Not the night we were hoping for but we made the best out of a bad situation. This finish has moved us into 5th place in points!
