here is the bit from All The Dirt. "It was also good to welcome Cy Hoaglan back to Rice Lake Speedway. He used to haul down weekly when he had his super stock and developed an attachment to the speedway. Even though he now is racing in the Midwest Mods, he gets down here when he can. He was just a bit dissapointed Saturday; he missed the main by one position. Cy Hoaglan loves Kids Night at the track and even when he didn't have a race car he would drive all the way down to Rice Lake from Ashland just to be part of that evening. He confirmed Saturday that he would be back for that event and is already working on some things to try and top last year's event, which turned out to be a monster night for the kids at the track.
