Letter from Jarrett "The Jet" Naas
Hi, my name is Jarrett "The Jet" Naas. I am a 9 yr old from Evansville, In and I ride for Bud's Harley-Davidson of Evansville, In.
Last year at Brownstown,IL you were on your way to a National #1 and was signing number plates and tear-offs for me and my friends. That year i won #2 on my 65. I moved up to 85 at the Du Quoin indoor season this yr. I finished second again in the points for the season, but it was my first season on it. At Shep's was my first Hole Shot on the 85 and I pulled off a #1 finish. I was flying. It was so awesome to finally be #1. The first thing I said to my dad was "Hard work really does pay off".
Me and my dad were talking to you about #1 and winning and autographs and my dad came to me and told me that I get to sign your bike now that I am a #1 Racer also. How cool is that, my autograph on an Expert National #1 racers bike. How many kids can say they did that? I don't think that day could have been any better. I win a national #1 and Henry Wiles lets me sign his bike and raced with it on there. This year has started out to be the best year ever. I want you to know how cool that was for me. Cant wait to see you at Springfield. Thank you so much!! Always remember, Hard work really does pay off!
