Clay Harris attends Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series opener at Talladega Short Track

After losing Friday's opener to rain, Clay Harris rolled into Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday afternoon for the $15,000-to-win Bama Bash with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.

Among a stacked 46-car field, Harris missed the setup in qualifying and finished seventh in his heat race. Needing a Top-3 finish in his B-Main, Clay ran two positions short in fifth.
