About the Role
We’re a growing SaaS company operating at the intersection of technology and live motorsports events, and we’re looking for a Senior Accounting & Operations Manager to take ownership of our accounting operations and core HR administration.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys variety, accountability, and working closely with leadership. While the position offers flexibility to work from home, candidates must be located in Sioux Falls, SD to support local collaboration and operations.
What You’ll Do
Accounting & Finance
Own the general ledger, A/P, A/R, and monthly close in QuickBooks Online
Manage and reconcile ticketing revenue for live events
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Track and report SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, and ARPA
Support multi-state sales tax compliance
Partner with auditors, vendors, and tax advisors
Global Finance Support
Coordinate with accounting partners in Australia and Canada
Assist with consolidations, intercompany activity, and foreign exchange (FX) reporting
HR & Payroll Administration
Manage multi-state payroll and payroll taxes through ADP
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, PTO, and HR records in BambooHR
Support recruiting and hiring for seasonal and full-time roles
Maintain HR documentation and compliance, < 30 teammates
Cross-Functional Support
Partner with event, marketing, and operations teams on financial reconciliation
Improve and document accounting and HR processes to support growth
Act as a key connector between finance, HR, and leadership

What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA a plus)
5–8+ years of accounting or finance experience (SaaS, events, or high-growth preferred)
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online, ADP Payroll, and BambooHR is preferred
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and ASC 606
Comfortable owning both accounting and HR responsibilities
Interest in motorsports or live events is a bonus

Role
We're searching for a software engineer to join our product engineering team to maintain and build a feature rich platform for all of motorsports. You will bring hard lessons learned and how to recover from mistakes made. If you have never made any mistakes, I would like to meet you, you would be the first. You embrace legacy code and take great pleasure in modernizing a codebase. You will take on a variety of tasks while pair programming in a full stack C# environment, to various other needs of the team which may include working on React, desktop C# applications, CI/CD and automated testing.

Client Success Representative Job Responsibilities:
Generates revenue by developing lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending any potential products and services that would benefit the client. While keeping an ongoing relationship with current and potential clients. Train Clients on ICMS (Integrated Content Management System) and Day to Day client relations, handle the process of a new website (text content, graphic content) from start to finish while working with Developers and Designers throughout the process.
Client Success Representative Daily Job Duties:
- Gain knowledge of company, products and services. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Training of our ICMS to our clients.
- Handling the process of creating a new website - managing the text content/graphic content and distributing accurate information to Designers and Developers.
- Initiates sales process by making initial contact, scheduling appointments, identifying needs of the account, closing the sale while building rapport and overcoming objections.
- Answer sales/technical calls, give information to callers and transfer to appropriate individuals as needed. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Establish work procedures, schedules, keep track of the daily work and arrange conferences/meetings with potential/current clients.
- Maintain current scheduling and event calendars.
- Collect payment information and complete forms in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute, compose, type and distribute meeting notes and ideas to management or team. Maintain and implement team building discussions and ideas.
- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed and recommend revisions as needed.
