Hagerstown's second attempt cut short by blown transformer

Levi Crowl returned to Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Md.) on Saturday afternoon to compete at the half-mile oval after wet weather captured the season opener.

With 24 Late Models entered, Crowl’s sixth-to-third run in his heat race positioned him on the fifth row for the feature. A blown transformer as features were staging forced race officials to postpone the remainder of the program. The Late Model feature is scheduled to be ran May 6th.
