Day 2 of the 9th Annual Great Lakes Border Battle Canceled Due to Overnight Rainfall

Superior, WI – July 5, 2025

Unfortunately, Day 2 of the 9th Annual Great Lakes Border Battle at Gondik Law Speedway has been canceled. Heavy rainfall overnight, combined with today’s lack of sun and wind, has left our team unable to prepare the track to the standard our drivers and fans expect.

We share in everyone’s disappointment, as last night’s racing was nothing short of spectacular, and we were looking forward to another incredible night of action, but Mother Nature had other plans, and we have made this difficult decision with the safety of our drivers and the quality of racing in mind, therefore the remainder of the weekend is canceled.

We want to thank all the fans, drivers, and teams for supporting the Border Battle, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the track for another thrilling night of racing soon.
