Elma, WA -
Grays Harbor Raceway hosted the annual fair race which is ran annually on the Saturday night of the Grays Harbor County Fair. Brenton Schnitzer and Shane Kerrigan would get their 3rd wins of the year and we would have a Hornet first time winner in a rookie at the track Kyle Ragsdale.
Robert Jenner led early and was able to hold off Brenton Schnitzer on multiple restarts but finally on lap 18 Schnitzer was able to get by but the battle between Schnitzer, Jenner and Tyson Blood working to 3rd from 12th starting was back and forth and wild!! After another caution Schnitzer was finally able to get control of the lead and Tyson Blood got into second and then the battle for 3rd was decided at the end at Zane Miner was able to get by Jenner. Robert Jenner would finish 4th folllowd by Scott Miller in 5th. The heat race wins would go to Brenton Schnitzer, Kevin Vålen, and Robert Jenner. Zach Simpson, making his season debut would gain 13 spots in the main and get the Elma Lanes Hard Charger.
Austin Kerrigan led the The Super Stock main, but Shane Kerrigan was just sitting back being patient early and after a couple cautions decided it was go time and started working his way up to second and then on lap 14 took the lead from his son and held off a late charge by Austin to win by .136 seconds. Jayson Wolcott would finish in 3rd followed by Steve Vonheeder and Matt Babcock. Larry Paladin had some tough luck late and brought out his second caution ending his night in 6th. Austin Kerrigan would win the heat.
Don Briggs Jr in the pickup truck would lead early and Kyle Ragsdale would take advantage of the caution to get around on a restart and hold off a hard charging Landon Pruett who started in the last row because of class rules winning the last race. Nick Miles would battle up front and finish 3rd followed by Reuben Pruett, and Don Briggs Jr. Heat race wins went to Landon Pruett, Nick Miles, Mike Harritt, and Kyle Ragsdale, and the B Main transfer cars would be Kyle Ragsdale Jr and Austin Henderson.
