Series Information

The WILROC Sprint Car and Super Modified Race Series was initiated by Norm Wilcox and Ross Rockett. In 1975 these two were the co-founders of the popular Old Time Racers Association (OTRA). This group is still performing today to the delight of the racing fans throughout the Pacific Northwest and is the oldest continuous class competing on a regular basis at Victoria’s Western Speedway. There are also two subordinate groups patterned after the OTRA in Roseburg, Oregon and Spokane, Washington.
