Madras, Oregon- After taking a week off the Wingless Sprint Series get back to racing on Saturday, July 9th at Madras Speedway. It will be one of the most popular events of Madras’ schedule as they host their annual Make-A-Wish Night where they have a special fundraiser benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This is a great way to help a great cause and make children's dream come true.
It will mark the second time that the WSS has visited Madras. Rob Lindsey dominated the competition at the central Oregon ¼-mile in early May and will look to do so once again. The series make two more appearances at Madras later this season.
Overall there have been three different winners in four races. Rob Lindsey leads the win list with two victories while Kyle Miller and Cooper Desbiens have one win each.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:30, and Racing around 6:30. Adults are $10.00, Seniors/Military $6.00, Children (6-11) $5.00, and Kids 5 or younger are FREE. For more information, log on to www.madrasspeedway.com.
