Wingless Sprint Series Season Opener - Grays Harbor Raceway June 20th

The Wingless Sprint Series is set to open the 2020 race season on Saturday, June 20th at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Washington. Bert Johnson, General Manager and Promoter will be running the event for Participants Only. This means the grandstands will be closed to fans and everyone must sign in and come through the back gate with their specific race team.

In this unprecedented time, tracks across our region are doing everything in their power to bring racing back to the Northwest. The Wingless Sprint Series has partnered with Grays Harbor Raceway for a participant only race to try and get this season kicked off. With no front gate revenue from our loyal and devoted fan base, WSS is seeking extra sponsorship and donations to help our owners/drivers offset the costs of traveling. All proceeds will go directly to the purse. If you are able and willing to help, please contact Rob Lindsey at (425) 308-1162 or by email at rlindsey@pga.com.

If you plan to attend, please see the track requirements for entering the pits below:

•Temperatures will be taken of all people entering the pit area. If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home.

•Pit passes are $35 per person and must be pre-purchased on the track website (www.graysharborraceway.com). Please go to the schedule tab and click on the “Ticket” for the June 20th event and follow the instructions. Tickets will not be sold at the back gate. If at all possible, try and purchase your race team’s pit passes together under the driver’s name.

•Race teams need to arrive together in the same vehicle. No personal vehicles will be allowed in the pits.

•Face masks are required and safety glasses are recommended. Please bring your own face mask, hand sanitizer and pen to sign the waiver.

•All tow rigs and trailers are to be parked with social-distancing of 6ft. between. Do not congregate in groups. Social distancing of 6ft will be required outside of your pit.

•There is no overnight camping allowed.

•A lot of work has happened behind the scenes to get us to this point. Please respect these new procedures so we can continue to the point of opening up for everyone.

HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE AT GRAYS HARBOR ON JUNE 20TH
