Once you register, download the Driver Registration, Driver Medical and W-9 Forms. Fill out and bring with you when you register for your first race. You will not be able to register until the 3 forms are filled out and confirmed with the registration team, plus the registration fee is paid.

If you have any issues with downloading the forms for here, please go to our website www.lucasoilspeedway.com, click on the Driver Dashboard tab, click on Driver Forms to download the forms from there.
