Kody recovered from an off-track broken left foot during the offseason to capture his 8th USAC Silver Crown championship in 2024. Reeled off a perfect performances by leading all 100 laps from the pole at April's opener in Toledo, May's Winchester round & IRP's Hoosier Hundred, plus August's series debut at Jennerstown. He clinched the title with his 5th win of the year in the October finale at IRP. His 8 series titles are the most earned by a driver in a USAC national series, surpassing A.J. Foyt's 7 Indy Car crowns & Mel Kenyon's 7 National Midget championships. Has now finished inside the top-two in Silver Crown points for 11 straight years. Set a new single season record with 7 poles in 2024, including a record-breaking 148.814 mph run for a traditional Silver Crown car at WWT Raceway in August. Owns the 2005 Western Sprint title & 2017 Jason Leffler Award.
