Troutman follows Lucas Dirt to Shelby County and Husets
On Tuesday afternoon, Drake Troutman followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to Shelby County Speedway (Harlan, Iowa) to kick off a four-race stretch.
Troutman did not make the $25,053-to-win Kosiski Family 53 and turned his attention to the three-day Silver Dollar Nationals at Husets.
Finishing 23rd in the opener, Drake found much more speed during Friday's preliminary feature and grabbed a Top-10 in ninth. Troutman then raced his way into the $75,000-to-win finale and finished 23rd.
