2 Bowl's = 2 Winners
John Carney II Opens the 44th ASCS Devil’s Bowl Winter Nationals with a victory. Winning the Devil’s Bowl Winter Nationals one year ago, El Paso's John Carney II began the weekend on the offensive driving the #224 Lubbock Wrecker/Mesilla Valley Transportation EAGLE. John led start-to-finish to win Friday’s preliminary A-Feature crossing the line 0.622 seconds ahead of second place. Dalton Stevens won the final RaceSaver sprint car event of the season at Devils Bowl Speedway adding to the EAGLE domination in Mesquite, TX.
The 24th Annual Trophy Cup did not disappoint. Quick times, high point averages, and huge finishes. On the final night Ryan Bernal and his EAGLE car won the 50 lap Trophy Cup main event at Thunderbowl Raceway.
