Driver Information
I started racing back in 2020, I told my parents I felt that I was ready to start racing after being inspired by my dad for years. My motivation was to be just like him and make him proud. So I started racing, my first race was at cedar lake speedway indoor arena. I have memory of throwing up in a Taco Bell drive through, I'll never forget that. Then later in 2022 I broke my arm, I had to sit out the whole season which was a bummer. When I got back in my kart (in 2023), I was suddenly terrified of racing, I would be the slowest one out there, and I would hate going to the track. We were wondering what happened to me, I use to be so good and was happy to race- why the sudden change? I didn't understand why I was scared either. I said it was gonna be my last year racing, but suddenly at the end of the season I won a trophy, it was 3rd but it was still something to me. It made me remember how good it felt to win, so I said “screw it one more year won't hurt". Two years later, I plan to race again next year. I love racing with all my heart, and I don't plan on stopping now.
And after a few generations of my family racing, I'm the first female driver with my family name
