Inside Line Promotions – GLYNDON, Minn. (July 22, 2025) – Jack Dover garnered a trio of podiums and four top fives during a four-race weekend.

That earned the Tim Estenson Motorsports team the overall title during the Cressman Sanitation Midwest Sprint Touring Series 410 Sprint Cars King of the Wings.

“We wanted to win all four nights,” Dover said. “We missed the setup a couple of times and could have been more aggressive a couple of times. However, any time you can run four nights, that’s hard enough as it is. To be able to almost run on the podium every night says a lot. We ended up winning the points so that shows how consistent we were.”

Dover was stout during his debut at Norman County Raceway in Ada, Minn., last Thursday. He maneuvered from fifth to second place in a heat race, from eighth to sixth place in the dash and from sixth to third place in the A Main.

“We made the moves early in the feature,” he said. “Just over halfway it started laying rubber and it was fall in line. We survived and finished third.”

With River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, N.D., raining out on Friday, action shifted to Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, N.D. Dover drove from fourth to second place in a heat race before he finished fourth in the main event.

“At 4:30 that afternoon we were at the dinner table in Grand Forks and found out they scheduled a $3,000-to-win show at 6:30 that night,” he said. “We got our dinner to go, got our stuff from the hotel, went to get the car from Tim’s uncle’s shop and loaded up. We made it to the track at 6:15. Considering we weren’t planning on racing and we were rushing, to finish fourth, we were pretty pleased. The track was really slick and we didn’t tighten the car up enough. That was the difference of being on the podium.”

The dirt track also hosted a race on Saturday. This time Dover charged from eighth to third place in a heat race before he ran second in both the dash and the feature.

“We were doing service on Saturday and I told Timmy he was in charge of the setup,” he said. “It was really hard for me not to ask what he was doing. I told him how I was feeling throughout the night and the car wasn’t far off. That was the first night that Timmy has set the car up and he did a great job. With about six laps to go there was a yellow and I think without it we could have had a shot in traffic, but that’s how it goes.”

The weekend concluded on Sunday at Buffalo River Speedway, where Dover won a heat race. He was fifth in the dash before advancing from fifth to second place in the main event.

“At the beginning of the night the track wasn’t great,” he said. “We were nervous because it was really dry. They kept working it and come feature-time it was great. We got to traffic and everybody was throwing big sliders. That’s how we got to second. With about four laps to go the leader slid off the backstretch. I was planning on going low in turn three to slide him. When he dove to the bottom I was doing that as well. If I kept my momentum up and just ran the top I probably could have had something for him.”

The successful weekend increased Dover’s lead in the MSTS 410 Sprint Cars championship standings to 41 points.

Dover plans to tackle MSTS 410 Sprint Cars races this Tuesday at Rapid Speedway in Rock Rapids, Iowa, and Thursday and Friday at Jackson Motorplex in Jackson, Minn., before heading to Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, S.D., on Sunday.
