Hi, I am Jaida Barron, let me tell you a little about myself. The daughter of Jimmy & Kimberly Barron. The granddaughter of Kenneth "Kenno" & Genevieve Richard. The granddaughter of Isabell Snody. I am a student at Elizabeth High School. I drive the number 9 1/2 Stinger at The Thunder Valley Speedway. Thanks to my PawPaw for making my dreams come true, so I chose to use his old racing number. I love seeing him smile and being able to still be involved in a past time that he loves. My PawPaw and my mom are both legally blind BUT love racing greatly, and they are my biggest supporters. My little Brother is by my side every weekend. My little sister helped me letter my car and supports me from a distance watching it live at home every weekend, she would rather be shooting a basketball than be at the track and my MawMaw is my biggest FAN from home every weekend too, they come to the track a few times though. My daddy supports me behind the scenes. Bill Randolph is dear man to our family and is always there to help fix cars, go get parts or haul the trailers when needed, I am proud to give him the title "Uncle". THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT GIVES ME THE POSITIVE VIBES WHEN I WANNA QUIT!!! 2023 with white Pontiac Sunfire and some new sponsors added!!!!!
Career Highlights
Out running my cousin. Hitting the front straightaway wall. April 9, 2022 was "DOUBLE FLIP" of a night which lead to an ambulance and a helicopter ride. Thank GOD for his protection and my car safety features--only came out with whiplash and was back in my car 2 weeks later. I know an awesome chiropractor!
Most Memorable Moment
Seeing the smile on my PawPaw's face. I chose to use his old racing number as my own.
Hobbies
Spending time with my dog Boomer. EATING. Cheering for my siblings playing Basketball.
