Lake of the Woods Speedway
M. McDonald and Alcock Repeat Winners, Rehill Claims MWM Win
Racing resumed at Lake of the Woods Speedway with the Q104 Limited Stocks, Riverview Industries WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, and HD Contracting Ent. 4-Cylinders.
Dustin Alcock dominated both the heat and the feature in the HD Contracting Ent. 4-Cylinders with Madoc Mulholland and Kamea Mulholland finishing second and third in both races as well.
In the Riverview Industries WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, Keelan Hall made a quick pass on the outside of turn two to take the lead in heat one and held for the win. In heat two, Brandon Rehill went from third to first to take the win. In the feature, Rehill was able to claim the lead about five laps in and never looked back. Christopher Leek took second, Hall third.
In the Q104 Limited Stocks, Michael Copp and Morgan McDonald went ten laps straight side by side in the heat race with McDonald squeezing the win by just a few inches.
The feature was similar, but after 12 laps of side by side, McDonald was able to hit his marks just right and pulled away claiming his second win of the year, back to back.
