The One Piece at a Time Racing team is led by driver Bill Scott, who built his car and the garage it sits in. The team name reflects the personal grit and dedication required to build, maintain, and race the car on a shoestring budget. The loyal, hard-working pit crew consists of his son Sterling, and friends Cendi and Marcus. Shirley, an honorary crew member, rounds out the team with moral and financial support.
