2nd Place in first dirt Mini Sprint Race

Thanks to Cody Mansfield and Mansfield racing Michael was able to race Cody's non wing dirt mini aprint in Albquerque last Saturday night. Michael struggled in the heat race to find the quick way around but with good coaching from his Uncle JR, Derrik Ortega and Cody he was very competitive in the Feature. He started on the pole and lead a couple laps then fell back to second and then went back to the lead. He had a good lead when the yellow came out. On the restart he fell back to second as he missed a shift on the start. He battled most of the race with his car owner Cody Mansfield who was driving his brother Austin's machine. They had a spirited battle including even a little bumping. At the end Michael came home 2nd and was super excited and thankful to Cody, Austin and Jimmy Mansfield and Mansfield racing as well as his sponsors TEAM Enterprises and Atlas Pumping. Cody and Michael are talking about doing some more races in the future.
