The fifteen-year-old, third-year racer has racing in his blood, as his father has experience in Formula racing in France for several years, before returning to the US and racing micro sprints. When Bradley turned 13, it was his turn. He picked up his first career win in August. Fezard hails from Hot Springs, Arkansas.
