Started racing at the age of 30. Wanted to start in B-mod or Street Stock, but was told by Brian Webb, "If you want my help we are building an A-mod". Been racing A-mod ever since. Four career feature wins including the 2006 Weedon Memorial in Aledo. Been teamed up with Larry Plett (LP Racing) for the last eight seasons.

Hobbies
Driver is also the front man for Flatbed Four. The Quad Cities country/rock cover band.
