The Clinton County Fair in Plattsburgh, NY is excited to welcome back NYTPA with 4 exciting classes of pulling action. This year features the Multi-engine Modified Tractors, the Super Stock Diesel Tractors, the 4.1 Limited Pro Stock Tractors and the 4x4 Modified Gas Trucks.
