About the Northwest Focus Midgets

Based out of Everett, WA, the Northwest Focus Midget Series has become the fasting growing Midget racing series in the United States. The Series is managed by Carla and Gaylon Stewart, lifelong participants and supporters of dirt track racing. NWFMS cars utilized a standard midget chassis identical to what you would see in the National Series. The difference is that cars are powered by a 2.0L Spec. Ford Focus engine generating approximately 160hp. The Series large car counts and competitive side by side racing action throughout the field, produces a great on track product for both the race fans and the track promoters alike.

The 2019 season brings on Wicked Energy Gum and Cognitive Warriors as the Title Sponsor for our group of 52 drivers/teams, and a new Series logo which allows us to help introduce a great new product and an important mission for the veterans with Cognitive Warriors.

Major Sponsors include Clean Crawls who is the leader in the Northwest for providing crawl space and attic insulation restoration and weatherization services which will bring some fun awards for our drivers and team and will be part of our Racing for Warriors program we will implement this season.

Our 2019 Schedule consists of 36 races at 13 tracks in 4 western states, 10 of these will be our Summer Challenge Series races to crown our Series Champion. 6 out of the 36 races are on pavement and will bring new to the Series the JOES Speed Shop Pavement Challenge Presented by Bell Helmets.
