Kansas Honor Flight Night

Well the night was kicked off with the Heyglassman.com Stock Cars and it did not let us down as they had enough cars for four heats and a B Feature. The Heat race winners where Clint Smith in the 12C, Eric Cross in the 57C, Brandon Conkwright in the 24B, and Beau Davis in the 01X. and the B Feature winner was the 99A of Aaron Esparza. There was some really good racing with the the Heyglassman.com Stock Cars but in the end the 1 car of Scott Miller out of Hutchinson, KS landed in Victory Lane coming in 2nd was the 24B of Brandon Conkwright 3rd went to Clint Smith in the 12C 4th went to Beau Davis in the 01X and 5th went to the 202 of Kenny Ziegler.

The next class to hit the track was the BSB Manufacturing USRA B-Mods we had three Heat races and the winners where the MC2 of Clint McFadden, D86 of Donald Mcintosh and the 9 of Slade Mohr. We saw Slade Mohr get off to a great start and lead some of the race but in the end Travis Johnson in the 86J made it to Victory Lane. The 2nd place finisher was the 9 of Slade Mohr 3rd went to the 5 of Reece Solander 4th to the 54 of Tyler Kidwell and 5th went to the 17 of Henry Chambers.

Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds was the third class to hit the track through out the night and since we hit the Dirty 30 which means we had 30 cars check in for the night and triggers the money so they raced for a $1,000 dollars to win. We had four Heat Races and the winners where the 41 of Chevy Coleman, 65B of Brett Davis, 44K of Kelsie Foley, and the 65 of Tyler Davis. Was a really good as Tyler Davis in the 65 was out front but got a hard challenge from the Young lady of the night of Kelsie Foley in the 44K who eventually got pushed back to third when she got passed by another fast car driven by Tanner Black in the 44T. In the end Hollywood Tyler Davis with the 65 Car landed in Victory Lane rest of the top five looked like this 2nd to Tanner Black in the 44T who moved up 10 spots 3rd went to Kelsie Foley in the 44K 3rd went to Chris Kratzer in the 55 and 5th went to the 99T of T.J. Tolan.

Final class of the night to Hit the track was the Auto Tech Service Super Stocks where they only had two heat races and the winners where Jerry Richie in the 311 and the 134 of Alan Blevins. When we hit the track we saw the driver of the 13R of Robert Lamb stay hot and win another A Feature. the rest of the top five looked like this 2nd went to the 11 of Scott Miller 3rd went to the 09B of Kyle Blocker 4th went to the 7 of JD Eveland and 5th went to David Blocker. In all it was a great night and we found out at the end of the night the the Kansas Honor Flight had raised enough money to send one Veteran to the Memorial. We are super excited to help them out. We will take a weekend off an then will be back at it for the month of June.
