Track Opened in either 1967 or 1968 the consensus is 1968 as Triple M Speedway and then Twin Cities until 2007 when it became Marysville Raceway Park and as of 2017 its now called just Marysville Raceway. In 1986 there was an 1/8 of mile dirt oval track that was operated for a year or two.

In 1991 it became the home of weekly 360 Winged Sprints and has continued every year since. Korey Lovell leads with 4 Track Champions and is followed by the tracks all-time leader in wins Colby Wiesz with 3 and Brent Dothage has 3 also. They have a few races that are special with the first race of the year always being the Sherm Toller Memorial

Both Sherm and Loree worked at the Marysville Speedway for numerous years. Sherm and Loree Toller met in 1973 and were married on June 11, 1978. They met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend at a luau party. It was only natural that these two race fanatics spent their honeymoon time on a road trip to watch the Super Dirt Cup at Skagit Speedway in Washington. The Toller’s love of dirt track racing led them to visit numerous racetracks over the years. However, their real dedication to our sport came in the early nineties when Sherm began handling the PR and infield announcing duties at Ernie Purcell Speedway in Grass Valley and Loree was hired as the scorekeeper. When Ernie Purcell Speedway closed in 1994, Sherm and Loree gravitated to Marysville Raceway and began working for the Hall family. Sherm was a master of the infield microphone and always made sure he got the story in detailed fashion. Loree loved to oversee the race from the tower and was a natural at scorekeeping. It will be an honor to host their daughters Sheree and Kaylee Toller once again. The girls have stayed true to their parents roots and share the same love and passion towards dirt track racing.

There is also the Special Race at the end of the year called the Gold Fever Sprint Classic....They host Civil War 360 Series races, Narc/King of the West Series, The SCCT 360 Sprint Series.

The leader for most 360 Sprint car wins at Marysville is the very unassuming star Colby Wiesz who has 64 total wins ....but what makes this even more special is that he has at least 1 win in 23 straight years since getting his first in 1995.

The top 10 in 360 Sprint wins.....

  1. Colby Wiesz 64
  2. Korey Lovell 29
  3. Mark Hall 23
  4. Jeremy Burt 19
  5. Mike Wasina Jr. 19
  6. Brent Dothage 18
  7. Mike Wasina Sr. 18
