Bruening earns podium finish with Malvern Bank East Series at Winneshiek Raceway

With the tour headed close to home, Tyler Bruening made an appearance with the Malvern Bank East Series at Winneshiek Raceway (Decorah, Iowa) on Saturday evening for the $4,000-to-win King of the Bullring 40.

Laying down the quickest lap in his qualifying group, Bruening made up three spots in a heat race and earned a third-row starting position for the A-Main. Tyler passed by two competitors on his way to a third-place podium finish behind Chad Simpson and Dylan Thornton.
