Tyler Bruening races into Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury Speedway

Tyler Bruening and the Skyline Motorsports team kicked off the 35th-annual Prairie Dirt Classic on Wednesday afternoon at Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway for the $20,000-to-win FloRacing Night in America show ahead of the crown jewel weekend.

Bruening won a B-Main to make the 50-lap finale and drove to a 21st-place outing. For the weekend's events, Tyler finished ninth a showdown feature on Friday which put him in a last chance showdown on Saturday. Bruening charged from seventh to the win which earned him a spot in the $50,000 finale where he finished 21st.
