Viking Speedway is a ½ mile semi-banked clay oval that that races five WISSOTA sanctioned classes; Late Models, Modifieds, Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks every Saturday night from the end of April through Labor Day, including the Viking Fall Classic in October.

Viking Speedway is a 1/2 mile semi-banked clay oval that races WISSOTA sanctioned classes: Modifieds, Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks every Saturday night from the beginning of May through Labor Day Weekend. (Watch for additional added events throughout the year!)
Viking Speedway is located in Alexandria, MN, approximately 3/4 miles west of State Hwy 29 on County Road 82 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
Nightly Info:
Driver/Pit Crew sign in area is at the west end of the Grandstands.
Driver Draw Cut-off is 5:45pm
Pit Gate opens at 3:00pm- Grandstands open at 5:00pm and Racing Action begins at 6:30pm.

(All children under the age of 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT complete & sign WAIVER before entrance)
Grandstand Admission for regular race events:
$13 Seniors and College Students
$15 Adults
*Kids 17 and under are FREE!
