Racing Resumes at Marysville This Saturday
MARYSVILLE, Calif., July 23, 2025…This Saturday night, July 26th, an action-packed night of racing returns to the Marysville Raceway. This big night of entertainment will include four divisions of race cars set to battle it out on the Action Track of the West.
Pit gate is slated to open at 3pm. Front gate will open at 5pm. Adult general admission is $18 (ages 16-61), Juniors and Seniors $16 (ages 12-15 / 62+), and kids are $8 (ages 6-11). Military with ID card is $16. Children 5 and under are FREE. Parking is also FREE for grandstand attendees.
The four divisions include winged 360 sprints, Hobby Stocks, Crate Sprints, and Dwarf Cars.
The gap continues to shrink between Grass Valley’s Billy Wallace and Oroville’s Nick Larsen. Just 10-points separate these two-winged 360 sprint car drivers in the chase to be track champion. Joining them this week on the track is Auburn’s Andy Forsberg.
It is even tighter in the Crate Sprint division. Only two-points separate Yuba City’s Jacob Johnson and Caleb Ingle. This Saturday night will be a huge factor for both of these drivers if they want to be crowned the King of Crates.
Kyle Cheney is well on his way to back-to-back track titles. He holds a 28-point lead over Jason Clayton in the Hobby Stock points. This division is loaded with talent and each week a different driver seems to rise to the occasion and win.
The popularity of Dwarf Cars at Marysville is evident. This will be their final chance to race, doing some testing and tuning before the September Dwarf Car Nationals at Marysville. A large field of cars are expected.
Exciting, grass roots dirt track racing is on display this Saturday night. Bring your family, a friend, or a neighbor you need to squash a beef with. Sit back, relax and enjoy this Saturday night of good race cars and quality entertainment.
