Is it free to claim my organization's profile?
Yes! To get started, series promoters can click here and track promoters can click here!
I don't see my organization when I search for it. How do I get it added?
If you don't see your organization listed, contact a MyRacePass representative with the name and classes that you run and we'll get the profile created for you so you can claim it.
Can I add news for free to my organization profile?
Yes! You are able to post your news for free once your profile is claimed.
Can I add my track schedule to my free profile?
You will need to be on at least the Plus package in order to add your organization's schedule to your profile. You can view the pricing options here or contact a MyRacePass representative.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What web browser is recommended to manage my profile?
MyRacePass recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! Upgrading is quick and easy. All of your data will automatically transfer to your upgraded account. So go ahead and try out a plan, and when you want to upgrade everything you've done will come with you.
